1/4 lime, cut into 2 wedges
5 large mint leaves
8 raspberries and/or blackberries
1 shot of Circa 1430 Vodka
1 tablespoon of simple syrup
Soda water (for serving)
Ice (for serving)
Place the lime, mint leaves, and berries in cocktail shaker. Muddle (gently mash) them 4 to 5 times to extract their flavour.
Add the vodka, simple syrup and 4 ice cubes. Shake until cold, then pour everything into a glass. Top up with Soda Water and serve with more ice.

2 fresh peaches - for peach slices
1 shot vodka
1 can of sprite
1 x Dash of Grenadine
lime juice
ice cubes
To your favorite cocktail glass, add a handful of ice and 2-3 fresh peach slices. Pour in vodka and Sprite soda.
Squeeze juice of ½ a lime into glass.
Add a splash of grenadine. Stir.
Garnish with a fresh peach slice and lime wheel.

1 shot of Circa 1430 vodka
1 shot of dry vermouth
2 cucumber ribbons (created using a potato peeler)
70ml sparkling water
70ml tonic water
Garnish with Tajin
Combine all the ingredients in a long glass filled with ice and stir.
Garnish with cucumber slices bunched together with a toothpick
and Tajin around the rim
